About Us

Brook Health Care, LLC is a non-medical home care provider, serving the midlands of South Carolina.

We are owned and managed by Registered Nurses.  We provide complimentary in home assessments to identify the care needed.  We then provide recommendations regarding types and levels of care and services that are appropriate for you or your loved one, even if you choose not to use our services.

Our employees are trained, insured, bonded and are observed on a regular basis.  Caregivers are matched to cases based on your needs.

We are approved byThe Alzheimer's Association, The SC Office on Aging.

We are Medicaid/CLTC Certified.

Services

Brook Health Care, LLC can provide Companions, CNA's, and private duty nurses to assist with all levels of care.

Care may include bathing, dressing, medication reminders, wellness checks, light housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, pet care and almost any other type of task that you can name that will assist the client to remain at home safely.

Our workers can do just about anything that will assist you or your loved one to remain at home safely and comfortably.
