About Us

Our goal is to provide our community with access to the most accurate and timely health and medical information. This access to the appropriate medical information will empower the members of our community to make better decisions about their healthcare, ultimately improving outcomes, and directly fulfilling our mission.

The center is open to every member of our community. We will teach and assist each client with finding the resources they need.

•We will act as a guide in researching and navigating resource materials and electronic media.

•We do not provide specific medical advice nor recommend or interpret any specific treatment.

•We encourage the consumer to take the information given to them at the resource center and use it to open discussion with their healthcare provider.

•Any questions will be answered in a confidential, professional manner.

•We will provide educational programs on pertinent topics for our community.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
Location: Patient Tower Lobby
