Solaris Hospice

About Us

Solaris Hospice, is an affiliate of National HealthCare Corporation and provides quality hospice care in communities throughout South Carolina. We provide a quality of life for patients in a variety of settings, from private homes, assisted living and healthcare centers to hospitals. As a part of NHC's family of facilities, we deliver exceptional care in locations that enable patients to continue their last days with dignity, provide relief of pain and symptoms, and surrounded by their loved ones where life is celebrated.

Hospice is a special concept of personalized services and care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments. Hospice provides pain and symptom relief, as well as emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families.

Hospice treats you, not the disease. Our focus is on care, not cure.

Hospice considers your entire family, not just you, the "unit of care". You and your family are included in the decision making process.
